Monique Speakman - Property Manager
Monique has been a dedicated professional in real estate since 1992, starting her career in Battlement Mesa. She has experience as a Settlement Agent, seller-financing lender/agent, and in sales/closing accounting reporting. In 2002, she earned her Broker Associate designation. Monique later expanded her expertise by working with a local title company for 8 years, obtaining her Title Insurance Producer’s License. She is deeply involved in her community, volunteering with various projects and currently serving on the board for Community Counts Colorado. In her personal life, Monique enjoys playing competitive darts, attending Bronco games, and is a proud mom of three grown children. She is a licensed real estate agent and the Property Manager for Cheryl&Co. Property Management.
